To our community,
Eight years ago, Mike Corradini (CEO) and I (Chairman) founded IdeaPros with a bold vision: to empower first-time entrepreneurs with the tools, guidance, and confidence they needed to have a better chance to succeed. What began as a small team of two, driven by an unwavering mission, quickly grew to meet an overwhelming demand.
From nearly 100,000 applications, we handpicked and championed 400 innovative projects, expanding to a team of 50 to support this challenge. Together, we have achieved incredible milestones and witnessed the transformative power of entrepreneurship.
As the years went by, we recognized the extraordinary demands of supporting hundreds of entrepreneurs on their unique journeys. Each startup faces inevitable hurdles—delays, pivots, and hard lessons. As your partners, we felt the weight of those challenges multiplied across the many projects we supported.
Two years ago, in light of those challenges, I took over as CEO to try to address our challenges and move our entrepreneurs through the process. More than a year ago, we made the strategic decision to stop taking on new projects, knowing the transformative potential of emerging AI technologies. We began focusing on completing our existing commitments while preparing for this moment of transition.
With the vast majority of our projects successfully completed, it’s time to close this chapter. However, this is not an ending—it is an evolution. The lessons we’ve learned will shape new solutions that empower entrepreneurs in ways we could have only dreamed of when we began.
